4.6.4 Medium
Sustane 4.6.4m is used in construction the world over. Sustane 4.6.4m is specified by professionals such as Nicklaus Signature, Troon Golf and Turfgrass Consultancy. Due to the sustained release and 20% solubility of the nutrients in 4.6.4m, there are nutrients there when the growing plant needs them. In the first stages of growth (inbibition) a seed is using its own food reserves to radical emergence; it is at this point when nutrients are needed. With the use of inorganic pre seed fertilisers most of the readily soluble nutrients have been washed away by irrigation or rain water by the time it is needed. 4.6.4m has shown to reduce the time between sowing and opening with reduced incidence of turf grass diseases in year 1 and 2.
